Identified. Provider A API hit rate limit during bandwidth-spike cron. Migrated 30 customers temporarily to backup account.
Investigating. Elevated latency reports from EU customers (200ms vs typical 30ms).

Resolved. NowPayments service restored. 12 delayed webhooks processed via reconciliation cron.
NowPayments reporting elevated processing delays on their side. Our reconciliation cron picks up any missed webhook hourly so no payment data lost.
Tokyo gateway outage during VPS reboot

Resolved. VPS-C back online. CF Load Balancer auto-failover routed Asia traffic to gw-us during outage (added ~150ms latency for Asia customers). Post-mortem published in our blog.
Vultr maintenance window unexpectedly extended VPS-C reboot. Failover to gw-us activated automatically; service continued via cross-region routing.
