What proxies are for
Proxyxin provides residential IP rental for legitimate use cases:
✓ Allowed uses
- Web scraping for research, market intelligence, price monitoring
- Social media account management (your own or authorized client accounts)
- Ad verification — confirming ads display correctly per region
- SEO research, SERP scraping
- Brand protection (monitoring trademark abuse)
- Application QA and load testing of your own infrastructure
- Bypassing geographic content restrictions on services you legitimately access
- Privacy-preserving research and journalism
- Sneaker/limited-edition resale (subject to retailer ToS)
✗ Banned uses
- Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against any target
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strict zero-tolerance, reported immediately
- Account takeover, credential stuffing, brute-force authentication
- Phishing, fraud, identity theft, impersonation
- Distributing malware, ransomware, exploit kits, illegal drugs
- Spam (email, SMS, comments) and unsolicited bulk messaging
- Targeting government, defense, financial, or critical-infrastructure systems
- Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or our operating jurisdictions
- Reselling Proxyxin proxies as your own service (unless authorized as a Reseller)
Rate limits & fair use
To protect the shared pool quality:
- Concurrent connections per IP: capped at 3 of 5 customer slots active simultaneously (anti-fingerprint correlation). Lift with "Full concurrent" add-on.
- Request rate per IP: soft cap 100 req/s. Sustained abuse will throttle.
- Bandwidth: Trial 1 GB cycle cap; paid tiers unlimited but excessive use (>500 GB/mo on Pro) triggers review.
- Replace quota: per tier (see Pricing). Add-ons available for unlimited.
Compromise prevention
- Don't share account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Don't expose API tokens in public code repos (we monitor common leak sources)
- Rotate API tokens regularly
- Use 2FA — required for admin/staff, optional but strongly recommended for customers
If we detect compromise, we immediately revoke the affected tokens and notify you via email + Telegram (if linked).
Enforcement
We detect violations through:
- Upstream provider abuse reports (other providers, etc.)
- Target-site complaints sent to abuse@proxyxin.com
- Pattern detection (request rate, error rate, blacklist hits per IP)
- Cloudflare blocklist correlation
- Voluntary disclosures from the community

Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact appeals@proxyxin.com within 14 days. Include:
- Your account email
- The notification message you received
- Detailed explanation of intended use case
- Any logs or evidence supporting legitimate use
We respond to appeals within 5 business days. Legitimate cases of mistaken identity get accounts restored with credit-back for downtime.
Abuse reports (target sites & third parties)
If you believe Proxyxin proxies are being used to attack or abuse your services, email abuse@proxyxin.com with:
- Source IP that connected to you (we'll trace to the responsible customer)
- Timestamp(s) with UTC offset
- Nature of the abuse (rate, type of requests)
- Logs or evidence (truncated headers, URL patterns)
We acknowledge within 24 hours and act within 72 hours for legitimate reports. Repeat offenders get banned. Critical reports (CSAM, ongoing attack) escalate to immediate response.
Updates to this AUP
We may update this AUP with 30 days notice for material changes. Minor clarifications take effect immediately. Continued use after notice = acceptance.
